インドアレースとは？

INDOOR RACE is sports to run in the institutions such as a warehouse or a gymnasium. The 1st Annual Japan 24H Indoor Ultramarathon holds several type of race: 24 hours, 12 hours, 6 hours and 3 hours individual/group race. Therefore, participants are able to join the race tailored to the individual's abilities. In addition, 12 hours, 6 hours and 3 hours races set plural start time. Therefore you choose the time when you are easy to participate.

②Sub Race: Walking

Walk around the outside of the Warehouse A 1F + fairground side couse, at Bridgestone Logistics Hamura Offiece, Hamura City, Tokyo. About 400m

③Sub Race: Treadmill (24H)

In the Warehouse B 1F, at Bridgestone Logistics Hamura Offiece, Hamura City, Tokyo. About 260m

ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION * Main Race / Sub Race (Treadmill):Who were born before April 1st, 1993 (Heisei 55th).
* Sub Race (Walking):No Age Limit for this race. (A participant 16 years or younger needs the agreement of pareents.)
* Wheel chair users cannot entry.
* For the handicapped person (who has a physical disability certificate) is able to participate with the person who can support.(Guide dogs are not permitted.)
HANDLER * Whose join the Individual race 24H run can has a handler to support youself on some condition.
* The handler mast entry as same as the runners.
* one runner with 2 handler is avilible.
* only one handler is allowed to enter the course with the runner at a time.
* The handler shoud keep the number card that is writted his name on all times that day.

TERMS OF ENTRY
  • The organizer shall not be held responsible for any sickness, injury, loss of personal belongings, or any other accident, beyond the administration of first-aid relief.
  • Once your application form is submitted, no cancellation or change in the race category may be made for any personal reason.
  • Forgery with respect to age and gender, and a replacement runner (runner other than the registered party) shall not be tolerated.
  • Entry fee will not be refunded in the event of the cancellation of the race due to an earthquake, storm, flood, snow, accident, or epidemic.
  • Overpayment or duplicate payment may not be refunded.
  • All rights associated with the use of any images, photographs, articles and records related to the event, including the names, age and addresses (country, prefecture or city) of participants and their likeness for coverage by TV, newspapers, magazines or by the Internet, and all rights associated with the publicity based on the use thereof, shall belong to the organizer.
  • The Organizer shall handle the personal information of the participants in accordance with the laws and regulations concerning personal information protection
  • The event will be carried out in conformance with all relevant laws of Japan.
  • The organizer shall conform to all race regulations in addition to this agreement.
OTHERS
(1)
When use of the hall becomes impossible by natural disasters, such as an earthquake, storm and flood damages, snowfall, an incident, an accident, and an epidemic, etc. and a race is called off before race that day or that day, no refund of an entry fee is performed.
(2)
Please be prepared for the race. This includes a physical check-up and sufficient training before the race.
(3)
Participants must keep their baggage by themselves. But regarding valuables, participants can leave the valuables at the baggage room. The organizer shall not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

The organizer shall not be held any responsible for participant's failure to arrive in time for the race start due to delay of public transportation or road conditions.

No designs, logos or trademarks associated with corporate and product names may be worn or displayed for publicity purposes during the race (on the course and start/finish areas).

The organizer may authorize third parties to sell photographs and other souvenirs.
(7)
Instructions by the organizer must be followed with respect to all matters not provided for herein.

※ Case is out of the parking lot once, the same car parking tickets come only available again.

Q & A

Q1.how about the temperature in the warehouse?Is it near to outside?
Is it possible to change the temperature or humidity in the warehouse？

A1. The venue is a tire warehouse.
when the rally has started the shutter will be opened utill 20 o'clock.
so the air is about the same as outside ,and the temperature is a little warmer than outside.
the warehouse has no air conditioning.

Q2.what is it between the course and the rest place?Is it free to pass through them?

A2.The inside the cource if arounded with tables witch one table is about 180cm long and can be used by 3~4 people.
there is a little space between tables for people to through it.
please come out at the same place where you have entered to ensure the rest space for runners to use comfortably.

Q3.I cannot find the toilet on the layout map of the course, how long is it from venue to the toilet?

A3. the most nearly toilet is 35m away from the course.
runners can use the toilet of the warehouse or use the 5 portable toilets outside of the warehouse.

Q4.Is it allowed to put personal things at the aid stations or handling zone?

A4. Runners can use general Aid.
Runners can use the space near the tables as handling zone.
It is considered only as the personal delivery from a handler, and is Side-by-side travel prohibition.
the size of space for personal Aid is about 30ｃｍ x 40ｃｍ.

Q5. Is it be able to change the handler when running ? if it is avilible how many people can be entry max number?

A5.one runner with 2 handlers is avilible,only one handler is allowed to entry the course with the runner at a time,
The handlers need runner number too. Please register handlers later.

Q6. Is there some limits to change the handler or enter the venue?

A6. only one handler is allowed to entry the course with the runner at a time,the supporters are not allowed to enter the course.

the shutter will be opend until 20 o'clock for supporters to watch from outside.
According to the number of supporters. It is may be alowed supporters to enter the warehouse when the shutter is closing at 20 o'clock by the number. Where is stayed in the case of a majority,What I may not put inside.Please approve it beforehand.

Q7.on the world most 24H ultramarathon like indoor or track that with several hundred course, it is a heavy burden to run at one direction all the times.so change the direction several hours. what about this rally?

A7. Indivasul and relay are separated in this rally. The Indivasul race will change the direction every 4 hours.
